Our mission is to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and contribute.

Why we advocate

What we advocate for

-Accessibility

Millions of people with disabilities face barriers every day- in health care, education, fitness, transportation, employment, and community.

For many families, the challenge is not ability. It is access.

"Living with Friedreich's Ataxia has shown me firsthand how powerful support, accessibility, and community can be. The CapABLE Foundation was built to help others feel seen, supported, and empowered - because disability does not define potential."

- Preston Lynch

Promoting accessible spaces, adaptive equipment, and equal opportunities.

-Inclusion

Encouraging schools, businesses, and communities to become more inclusive.

-Awareness

Educating communities about disabilities and rare diseases.

-Adaptive fitness

Supporting adaptive fitness events like inclusive 5Ks.

-Financial support

Helping individuals access equipment, therapy, transportation, and educational opportunities.

-Community empowerment

Creating a strong support system where no one feels alone.
